Face fix channel to 3 sides of the concrete edge, chemical anchor balustrade substrate channel and hang balustrade face fixed with Swisspearl Group cement board outside and backed with horizontal timber. One section fibre cement board the other section vertical flat bar rails. Concrete soffits colour matched to fibre cement board. Fabrication and assembly of balustrading offsite manufactured = reduced onsite installation and weather related delays
