Arc Engineering are delighted to be selected as a finalist in the specialist services category €1 to €3m for the 2024 ICE Awards for our Cantilevered Balconies on the Two Oaks Project, Scholarstown, Knocklyon.  The subcontract included; Design, supply & fit 314 offsite manufactured balconies on this project over eight blocks ranging 4-6 stories. There were 6 balcony types/sizes, rectangular and L-shaped.  HD galvanised balcony base with powder coated aluminium decking, HD galv and powder coated vertical profile balustrades and a powder coated aluminium soffit with controlled drainage. All offsite manufactured and assembled in our factory and delivered to site ready for install.
