Design, supply & fit 107 offsite manufactured balconies on this project. These are fully assembled in our workshop and delivered to site fully finished and ready to be craned into place. A combination of balconies, from full length 3 apartment balconies with privacy screens, individual balconies with incorporated rainwater drainage systems, and ground floor apartments have their own private outdoor space with balustrading to concrete bases. HD galvanised & powder coated balcony base & balustrade. With powder coated aluminium decking, & soffits which includes controlled drainage. All manufactured and assembled in our factory and delivered to site ready for install.
