THE SHORE CLUB, Beach Road, Sandymount – This residential apartment development constructed by Walls Construction in a single block ranging in height from 3 to 7 storeys with a basement car park. The balcony subcontract included offsite manufactured cantilevered balconies and balustrading comprising:
✅ Staggered cantilevered balconies
✅ Stacked single cantilevered balconies
✅ Stacked double cantilevered balconies with privacy screens, and
✅ Free standing glass balustrades bolted to concrete upstand on internal concrete balcony terraces (supplied by others)
