Arc Engineering are specialist offsite manufacturers of balconies. Our balconies are modular in design and offsite manufactured in our controlled CE Certified premises in Wexford. Our balconies can be cantilevered or supported. Whilst modular in their design, there are many options to choose from, balustrading can be mild steel and powder coated to your RAL, or glazed, including privacy screens. Our in-house design team will assist in the design process with architects and engineers to provide a bespoke solution to achieve your objectives. Offsite manufactured balconies have many benefits to developers and main contractors. Offsite manufacturing allows us to manufacture while construction onsite takes place, enabling quicker construction schedule. Storage onsite isn’t required which prevents damage, installation onsite is straight from lorry by crane onto preinstalled cantilever arms, its quick and safe as all fixing is done inside the building.
