Millers Glen, a high-quality residential development featuring 99 apartments in Swords, Co. Dublin, for main contractor GEM Construction – client Gannon Homes Ltd.

Arc Engineering were selected as the subcontractor to design, fabricate offsite & fit Arc Engineering Perch balcony. HD galvanised platform with PPC aluminium decking which collects the water from the balcony and diverts it to each end where it is collected within the base of the balcony via a series of internal gutters which collect the water. Vertical rectangular profiled balustrade fixed back to Balcony Platform. All the above will be assembled in our workshop and delivered to site fully finished and craned into place.
