Re. Oisin House: Working with Arc Engineering through a difficult period during the pandemic proved beneficial to Bennetts as they cooperated with all challenges, even with site closures and delays, Arc still delivered on time and met all dates on a challenging programme. Install included balustrades to 4 main stair cores, with unique balustrades installed in basement areas that included squash court viewing galleries. Lots of removable guarding and tapping rails also where we had low head height in locations.
Quality was maintained and delivered to a high standard all the way from Design to Install. Arc assisted in any last-minute client / requests and changes. All finishes where to a high standard with health and safety being always adhered to while on site. Little to no snagging was required as install carried out in line with the construction shop drawings. Pleasure to work with Senior Management Dave and Kieran and they will be on our supply chain for many projects to come.
