Arc Engineering designed, offsite manufactured and installed 180 cantilevered balconies and three feature tower/picture frame balconies, one stone wrapped, the others with feature columns powder coated to match balconies and balustrades.  The cantilevered balconies, HD galvanised mild steel balcony base, vertical bar balustrade HD galv and powder coated vertical profile balustrades and a powder coated aluminium soffit with controlled drainage. The soffit was powdercoated Sun Yellow RAL colour.

The project was over five apartment blocks ranging from 5 to 7 stories, balcony sizes varied rectangular and triangular.

All offsite manufactured and assembled in our factory and delivered to site ready for install.  Main Contractor:  John Paul Construction.
