Architect: Mc Cauley Daye O’Connell
Engineer: OCSC

We supplied and fitted the main steel for the feature stairs on this job, the steel stairs were fabricated in complete flights and dropped in with the tower crane on site. The design for these stairs was completed early on in the project to ensure it could be fitted in large sections before the rooflight was fitted and the building was weathered. This saved on costs and speeded up erection of this element of the works. We also worked closely with the design team developing the stair balustrades which were a mild steel finish painted frame with stainless steel mesh infill panels. From initial design to a few tweaks from the architects we made and a full-size sample for final sign off which was approved to allow these works to proceed.
