Station Road, Raheny is a landmark residential development delivering 105 apartments across a single building of four to seven storeys. Set on a constrained urban infill site.  Balcony types included

Cantilevered balconies, Supported balconies, Saw Tooth Balconies with bespoke solar shading fins, concrete balcony balustrading, privacy screens, ground floor and terrace balustrades.

Winner of the Irish Steel Architectural Metalwork Balconies category at 2025.  Arc Engineering Scope of works included:  Design, supply & fit HD galvanised & finish coated balconies inline architect’s concept. Base secured to building with HD galvanised brackets. Steel balustrade with satin toughened glass infill panels and Privacy screens. Design supp;ly and fit bespoke solar shading fins to north facing facade.  Aluminium fire rated, non-slip, non-combustible decking fixed to balcony base. All the above will be assembled in our workshop and delivered to site fully finished and craned into place.
