We’re proud to share that Arc Engineering has won the Architectural Metalwork Balconies category at the Irish Steel Awards 2025 — our third consecutive win for offsite manufactured balconies!

This year’s award recognises our work on Owenmore Hall, Station Road, Raheny, a landmark development by Earlsfort Homes featuring 105 apartments with extensive outdoor amenity through balconies and terraces on all elevations.

Arc Engineering designed, manufactured, and delivered a complete offsite balcony package — including cantilevered and supported units, corner and saw tooth balconies with bespoke solar shading, privacy screens, and metal and glass canopies.

A key highlight is the north elevation’s saw tooth balconies, which feature vertical solar shading fins that create a striking architectural rhythm while enhancing privacy and comfort.
